MISO BROTH

with wakame seaweed and shiitake mushrooms "miso yummy"

 

Introducing our new Japanese style Miso Broth. It is now available in Tesco Ireland and Dunnes Stores.

It is VEGAN friendly, gluten free and contains no added sugar.

We use nutritous wakame seaweed from Wild Irish Seaweed in Clare and Shitake mushrooms from Fancy Fungus in Wexford.

They are locally made in Cork.

Cooking Instructions:

Microwave:

Pour contents into a microwaveable bowl.  Place in the microwave, heat at 800w for 4 minutes, stirring half way through cooking. 

Cooker:

Pour contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently but don't let it boil.

Water, Miso Paste (3%) (Whole Soya Beans (47%), Cultured Brown Rice (33%), Sea Salt, Water), Spring Onion, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Bean, Salt, Rice Flour, Sugar), Shiitake Mushrooms (1%), Wakame Seaweed (0.17%), Salt, White Pepper

Serving Suggestion:

Clever croutons:

Chop up some good quality kale, toss in olive oil and salt. Shallow fry for 30 seconds. Pop on top of your yummy broth.
