Method:

  • In a big dutch oven (cast iron pot) fry chicken fillets , bacon and onion, add 2 tablespoons of flour.
  • Add wine and simmer for 3 hours.
  • During the last 30 mins, add mustard and veg, if using!
  • Serve with crusty bread or toasted bread with Gruyère.
