- Brown ground beef with onion.
- Drain and add enchilada sauce, water and olives.
- In a round 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, and 1/2 cup cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
- Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- Remove and allow to stand 5 minutes.
- Cut into wedges
- (Optional: garnish with sour cream).
